Restrictions:

  • Maximum 2 pets per apartment home, with a combined weight not to exceed 160 lbs

Fish are allowed (maximum tank size: 50 gallons). Exotic species including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles are not permitted without written permission from the community manager.
